The double room was nicely furnished and huge with comfortable beds. This hotel was located in a central area next to Playa del Carmen with, 5th & 10th Avenue and the in house restaurant.

the hotel has two beautiful pools in the internal yard with trees, palms, and water features, perfect for taking a refreshing break during the day or evening. Although there was no kettle in the room, the helpful staff at the counter were always ready to lend you one. the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the 5th avenue, yet quiet and free from street noise. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and money exchange nearby. the personnel were amazing and always went the extra mile to assist.
